Phil ran a session at the Annual Conference for the West Midlands IT Association WMITA www.wmita.co.uk This was run in collaboration with Helen Brewster from ATL Solutions, www.atlsolutions.co.uk and appropriately enough was about collaborative working. Over 200 people attneded the conference and the sessions highlighted the importance of good communication in working relationships. This came from the responses to a pre conference questionniare which also revealed the range of possibilities that working with others can create; some of these examples were shared at the confernce. Directors Plus - Eye to the Future is now a provider for the Business Link Directors Plus programme. This programme aims to provide tailored training for Directors of companies with 5-250 employees. They can obtain a grant of £1000 towards training of their choice to enable them to develop their indidvidual skills needed for their business.
